Austin’s LBJ Band invites you to register now for the 2020 Capital City Marching Festival. We are still planning for the festival to be on September 26 at Austin’s Burger Field, although we realize that the upcoming 2020-2021 school year still has a lot of unknowns and this spring has been anything but usual. 

For this year’s festival format, the top ten bands will advance to finals. The winners of each band class, if not in the top ten, will have the opportunity to play a second time during exhibition prior to finals. All participants will receive audio recordings from the judges, as well as in-person judges’ critiques.

So, for now, if you are interested in attending, please email a completed registration flyer to capitalcitymarching@gmail.com or by hard copy to the PO Box address listed on the form. If you need us to mail you a hard copy, please email us and we will mail one to the address you provide.

At this time, we will postpone taking registration fees but email us, and we will send instructions for credit card or EFT payments if you are unable to send a check but would like to pay now.
