When Cap City started 27 years ago, the judges’ comments were recorded on cassette tapes.  Over the years we moved to burning CD-ROM discs and then to using USB thumb drives.  Now Cap City is embracing the Cloud by making judges’ comments available to directors online prior to the Judges’ Critique.
