
COMPETITION
Format
There will be a preliminary round with 20 bands, followed by a judges’ critique and finals.

Preliminaries begin in the morning with Class A and each class will follow in turn. You can reserve a spot for your band by submitting the registration form. Placement order in each class in the preliminary round will be determined by the date registration is complete (payment and form are both received). The latest times in each class will be given to the bands who complete their registrations first.

Judges’ Critique- After the preliminary competition, there will be a judges’ critique for the band directors. They will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with each judge and receive additional feedback.

Finals begin at 7 p.m. The 10 bands with the highest scores will move to the final round. 1st place winners in each class who do not score in the top 10 will be invited to perform in exhibition for Finals.
Classification
Classification is based on the total number of performers on the field, including all marchers, drum majors, color guard, and pit members.
