Registration for 2010

Are you a band director looking for the the best marching band competition in Austin? Register online by completing the online form on this page, or download and print our mail-in registration form. Upon completion of the registration form, Cap City will send the designated band director a receipt confirmation.

If you need an invoice for purchasing purposes, download the 2010 Invoice Form.

If you're not ready to fill out the complete registration form now, we ask that you email us at capitalcitymarching@gmail.com and let us know that you plan to enter so we can add your band's name to our preliminary schedule.

The names of bands that register by SEPTEMBER 17, 2010, will be included on the back of the official Festival t-shirt and in the Festival program. If registration information is not submitted by September 17, the band's name cannot be included on the t-shirt or in the program.

Registrants agree to the entry fee of $275, due before the start of the event.
